
Our No Hassle Return policy gives you peace of mind to enjoy the purchase in your home for up to 10 days.
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, it may be returned within 10 days from the date it was received. Cedar and Sage will refund your money excluding the shipping and handling fees, it will be your responsibility to pay return freight for all unwanted merchandise. We ask that you please email us at returns@cedarandsageshop.com prior to you shipping the merchandise so that we can quickly process your return. Your email needs to include your information along with your order #. Your return must include your original packing slip and Return Request Form. The merchandise must be in new condition and must be packaged appropriately with original packing materials and insured before returning. Upon receiving the merchandise we will inspect the product and refund you for the full purchase amount less all shipping and handling fees. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your refund after we have received and inspected your return.
Custom-Made Items
Due to the nature of custom-made and personalized items, cancellations and returns will not be permitted. In the event your item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily send you a replacement at no additional cost, simply follow our damaged return policy below. Personalized and custom-made items include (but are not limited to): custom-made Silk Arrangements.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any items that are damaged when you receive them will be replaced at no cost to you. We must be notified within 3 days after merchandise has been received. To process this request, please email our damage return department at damage@cedarandsageshop.com. Your email needs to include your information along with your order #, so that we can quickly process your return. A FedEx return tag will be sent to you via email. Your return must include your original packing slip and Return Request Form. When we receive the damaged product your replacement will be shipped out immediately. Merchandise must be returned in original condition and in original packing (items that were received unassembled must be returned unassembled).

For all unwanted merchandise, Send your return to us via the shipper of your choice; it will be your responsibility to pay return freight.
