10 Day Worry-Free Return Policy
Our No Hassle Return policy gives you peace of mind to enjoy the purchase in your home for up to 10 days.
If you are unsatisfied with the merchandise purchased, it may be returned within 10 days from the date it was received. Cedar and Sage will refund your money excluding the shipping and handling fees, it will be your responsibility to pay return freight for all unwanted merchandise. The merchandise must be in new condition. The merchandise must be packaged appropriately with original packing materials and insured before returning. Upon receiving the merchandise we will inspect the product and refund you for the full purchase amount.
Any items that are damaged when you receive them will be replaced at no cost to you. We must be notified within 1 day after merchandise has been received. A FedEx return tag will be sent to you via email and when we receive the damaged product your replacement will be shipped out immediately.
